3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player may hold only one (1) ernph account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
3.3 KYC Verification. ernph is required to verify the identity of all players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. 3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ernph login credentials. 10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ernph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
10.3 ernph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ernph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.1 You may close your ernph account at any time by contacting ernph support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
11.2 ernph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if ernph determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. 12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
